Investment Banking

We wish to introduce ourselves as one of the expert group dealing with NPA Accounts of the Banks/ Financial Institutions/ NBFCs. We have a team of experienced professionals in the subject matter and can handle any of the NPA Accounts from the beginning to the end and help the clients in resolving their problems. We can also tackle the litigation matters at DRT/ DRAT and also introduce ARCs to take over the accounts.

We need the following information from the clients so that we can resolve their problems to their satisfaction

1. Name of the account with present funding Bank/FI/NBFCs including present outstanding balance.
2. Date of NPA and reason for the account becoming NPA.
3. Detail of collateral security mortgaged with the bank.
4. Brief profile of the firm/company with promoter’s detail.
5. Statement of account.
6. Correspondence if any held between the client and the banker.
